Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide high–volume data processing, printing, and mailing services to the government authority located in New York, NY. – Printing contractors will be required to receive data files via file transfer protocol (FTP) that will be used to print, collate, burst, decollate, insert, nest, sort, bundle, and, except where otherwise directed, mail all the regular production notices and correspondence.– Print files are to be quality–controlled for batch count and print quality prior to being moved to the finishing area.– Paper stock three types of paper stock are used to print all letters; regular pre–cut 20 lb. bond, 3 5/8 perforated pre–cut 20 lb. bond, and 20 lb.– Printed letters all notices are to be printed in black ink on 8 ½ x 11–inch paper and in duplex.– The printer will collate, burst, decollate, and mail special correspondence jobs including to, out–of–state letters, Sheriff letters, and such others. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for six years. (4) Pre–proposal conferences will be held on July 08, 2026.
