(1) Vendor needs to provide distributed scheduler solution.– Cost–effective, secure, user–friendly, scalable, interactive, and architecturally sound scheduling Solution capable of managing jobs, tasks, and file transmissions from multiple endpoints.– Solution’s features must include automation, monitoring and observability, artifact management, and execution.– Solution must be capable of providing environmental isolation between types of system environments (non–production vs production) and allow for multiple deployments within the State.– Solution must provide for the management, validation, versioning, scripting, and securing of automation artifacts used in the performance of the workflow.– Solution must support robust job versioning, automatically creating and retaining a history of all changes made to a job definition.– Solution must be capable of managing the execution, integration and coordination of a wide range of activities, including tasks, processes, and workflows across a variety of environments including DevOps, hybrid and multi–cloud, and mainframe.– Solution must support the definition of cyclical jobs that can be scheduled to run repeatedly at granular intervals.– Solution must include the ability to copy or move jobs between different locations within the organizational structure of the product.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29,2026.
