Note: A mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting will be held on November 5, 2026, beginning at 11 am at the CDOT Maintenance Facility in Norwood, CO (39185 CO-145, Norwood CO 81423). Contractors planning to attend the mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting shall contact Beaux Kemp by close of business on November 3, 2026, for a meeting invite and location details. Bids will be accepted only from pre-qualified bidders who attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
