Request for Qualifications - Retail Broker Services

General work description: The City of Tustin (“City”) is seeking a qualified Retail Broker/Advisor (“Broker”) with commercial real estate experience in the marketing, disposition, development and tenanting of experiential retail and entertainment uses, and in working with hospitality development in Orange County. The Broker should also have familiarity with negotiating real estate transactions with a public agency. The Broker will assist the City in developing and administering a Request for Proposals/Offering Memorandum (“RFP/OM”) with the intent of soliciting the services of developer(s) for a proposed Experiential Retail and Entertainment District inclusive of hospitality uses. The RFP/OM process would culminate in recommendations to the City Council regarding marketing, disposition, development and/or tenanting of an approximately 14 acre site in the Tustin Legacy area.
