Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide administration access control system upgrade service to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA. – Upgrade, expand, and standardize the agency’s electronic Physical Access Control System (ePACS) credentialing requirements and full integration with the enterprise Lenel OnGuard system. – Install nine (9) new card readers, associated door hardware, access control cabling, power supplies, and lenel controllers across the agency facility. • Installation: – Physical installation of all equipment listed above at specified locations– Pulling and terminating all required cabling– Mounting and wiring panels, readers, sensors, and door hardware• Programming and integration:– Programming all devices into the USDA LenelS2 OnGuard enterprise server– Configuring schedules, access levels, readers, alarms, and door properties• Testing and commissioning:– Conducting complete functional tests.– Providing written test report and certification of compliance• Project documentation and support:– Providing installation documentation and as–built drawings(2) This bid is set–aside for total small business
