TRANSPORT-11935 - USA (San Antonio, Texas) - Transportation Management and Shuttle Services - Deadline September 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation management and shuttle services including all planning, management, staffing, supervision, vehicles, dispatch operations, technology, communications, reporting, and operational support necessary to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient shuttle transportation throughout the event to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.– The Contractor shall be responsible for transportation planning, route design, fleet allocation, service monitoring, operational coordination, and performance management. The Contractor shall continuously monitor operations and adjust staffing, vehicle deployment, service frequency, and routing as necessary to meet demand and maintain service levels– During the Daily Vendor Management Meetings, the Contractor shall provide a daily operational report including vehicle utilization rates, passenger waiting times, on–time performance metrics, service requests, service recovery activities, and any safety–related incidents.– Hotel Signage: Contractor shall produce and deliver signage for each hotel showing the shuttle schedule, pick–up, and drop–off locations.– Contractor shall ensure all drivers comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and company drug and alcohol testing requirements.– Contractor shall obtain all required approvals from hotels, property managers, venue management, and governmental authorities necessary for shuttle loading and unloading operations(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
