(1) Vendor needs to provide fee accounting services to the government authority located in Tallahassee, FL.– Maintain general ledgers consistent with protocols.– Post to the general ledger in a timely and accurate manner.– Review and give advice on the Agency’s internal control system in its accounting functions.– Advise the executive director and the board of the financial implications of management proposals and participate in agency planning efforts.– Preparation of closing statements and documents for all programs prior to the regulatory deadline after the agency’s June 30 fiscal year–end.– Asset management fee calculation and transfer cash.– Download bank statements and record interest and fees.– Download and record P–card transactions.– Update Cash summary spreadsheet.– Prepare monthly financials, including analyzing Variances.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
