(1) Vendor needs to provide tax advisory services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.                             – To provide strategic tax advisory services–including tax implications of investments and investment structures, tax–exempt status preservation, unrelated business income analysis, state and local tax guidance, entity structuring, and related tax consulting services.– Tax advisory services from one or more services providers including tax implications of various investments, investment structures and identification and analysis of unrelated business income activities risk, if any.• Maintenance and protection of tax–exempt status • State and local tax advisory, including multi–state risk and implications of operations and employee remote work • Identification and analysis of unrelated business income activities • Joint ventures with tax–exempt and non–exempt entities • State Sales Use/Tax, property tax, and unclaimed property • Entity structuring for new entity formations, restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions • General consulting on taxes related to employee compensation, benefits, and executive compensation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
