EQU-19677 - USA (Spring Hill, Tennessee) - Mobile Belt Filter Press Dewatering System - Deadline September 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile belt filter press dewatering system to the government authority located in Spring Hill, TN.• The system shall be trailer–mounted, self–contained, suitable for continuous year–round municipal dewatering service, and capable of operating with the City's available utilities and plant conditions.• Test–run and function–check the complete unit prior to shipment.• Provide delivery, mobilization, setup assistance, startup, and operator training. Provide at least two preventive service visits per contract year at no additional service–call charge.• Each visit shall include a complete machine inspection, greasing/purging of bearings, and checking hydraulic and gearbox fluid levels.• The proposer shall assist with minor maintenance and replacement of consumable items while on site. Maintain service support capable of responding to a major equipment failure within 48 hours during normal business periods, with a plan for expedited parts and repair support.• Belt Filter Press : One (1) 1.5 meter, three–belt belt filter press with independent gravity section capable of continuously processing Spring Hill wastewater sludge from the aerobic digesters at 200–250 gpm while producing an average cake solids of 17% or greater. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
