(1) Vendor needs to provide visitor fingerprint identification system. – Vendors regarding modern visitor fingerprint identification systems capable of replacing agency legacy central visits fingerprint platform, which supports inmate visitation operations across agency facilities.• Understand available visitor fingerprint identification technologies in the current market• Assess deployment models (on–premises, hybrid, SaaS) suitable for operations• Identify implementation timelines, constraints, and dependencies• Understand security, compliance, and data–ownership models• Inform potential future competitive procurement strategies• Compare the feasibility, schedule, risks, dependencies, and costs of continued maintenance,upgrade/successor implementation, and full replacement• Secure funds for a suitable replacement system.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
