(1) Vendor needs to provide education, training, capacity building and leadership development services to the government authority located in Boston, MA. – Provide an array of expertise in areas including, educational and training opportunities; programmatic and agency capacity building and leadership, coaching and communication development opportunities.  • Professional development and training:– Providing effective customer service and resource facilitation to the disability community.– Enhancing case management and service delivery.– Enhancing essential hard and soft skills for the modern workplace.– Managing and innovating with technology in a hybrid workplace.• Capacity building:– General capacity building support.– Deaf culture and employment capacity building support.• Leadership development:– One–on–one coaching.– Team leadership development, team building, change management, communication, and/or coaching.– Environmental scan.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
