(1) Vendor needs to provide naming rights sponsorship services.• The naming rights program is designed to generate capital funding, establish strong community and regional partnerships, and support the complex as a premier public destination for youth sports, recreation, tournaments, and community activities.• A naming rights partnership provides an opportunity for long term recognition while helping create a facility where children and families can compete, participate, gather, and build lasting memories.1. Brand visibility and community impact:– City youth sports participation has grown by 30% in the last four years. It is anticipated these numbers will continue to rise as new facilities become available.– The city currently hosts an average of 43 various sporting tournaments per year, with approximately 56,000 in attendance across those tournaments.– Event participation from 25 different states and 2 countries.2. Tiered naming rights:– Naming rights to complex.– Title label on google maps (GIS).– Prominent exterior entrance sign.– Logo presence throughout the complex.– Press release recognition.– City website recognition.– Free booth registration for city events.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
