(1) Vendor needs to provide trauma–focused therapy mental health contract services to the government authority located in TX.• The selected provider will enter into a written mental health linkage agreement defining referrals, service delivery, access, coordination, confidentiality, and reporting.• Trauma–specific assessment of traumatic events and trauma symptoms to determine treatment needs; standardized measures at intake and periodically thereafter to inform care and track progress and outcomes.– Individualized treatment plans based on assessment, with periodic reassessment; individualized, evidence–supported, trauma–focused treatment suited to the child’s developmental needs and relevant family members.– Active engagement of children and caregivers in treatment, when appropriate; monitoring of trauma symptom reduction; and referrals to other community services when indicated.– Caregiver services addressing the child’s safety and well–being, appropriate caregiver participation in treatment, the emotional impact of the allegations, the risk of future harm, and distress or other issues triggered for the caregiver. Describe how siblings and other family members can access screening, assessment, or treatment when appropriate.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
