(1) Vendor needs to provide professional surveying and mapping services to the government authority located in Bellingham, WA. – Provide surveying and mapping services for surveying base mapping of topography and existing private and public utilities, all for city engineering design.– Provide survey will be utilized for civil design for a range of crossings, spot improvements and connections supporting non–motorized travelers.– Improvements are spread across twelve areas of town in seven neighborhoods.– Creative and varied survey approaches including remote sensing technology are encouraged.– Research city right–of–way survey and utility information.– Gather topographic features within city rights–of–way, including underground private and public utilities.– prepare survey control drawings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
