(1) Vendor needs to provide microtransit feasibility study services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.– Project Initiation and Management, and Administration• Prepare a detailed project schedule identifying major tasks, milestones, deliverables, meetings, and review periods;• Conduct a project kickoff meeting with Delaware County and relevant partners;• Coordinate regularly with the project management team through regularly scheduled progress meetings;• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and meeting summaries; and • Attend two project status meetings with DVRPC and the project sponsor– Public and Stakeholder Engagement• Shall develop and implement a comprehensive public engagement program designed to inform plan development• Online engagement opportunities • Interactive mapping and survey tools– Existing Conditions and Mobility Needs Assessment• Transit frequency, span of service, and reliability• Transit stop waiting conditions, lighting, shelters, seating, and other stop amenities– Transit Alternatives and Feasibility Analysis.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
