EXTRA-76744 - USA (Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania) - Tree Inventory, Health Assessment and Community Forest Management Plan Service - Deadline October 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide tree inventory, health assessment and community forest management plan service to the government authority located in Wilkinsburg, PA. – Provide tree inventory services is to catalog all trees within borough streets and rights–of way (street trees) and large trees in borough parks and municipal properties, prepare a community forest management plan, and create a geodatabase of all the tree data and management activities.– Efficiently manage, maintain, and conserve its urban community forest for the benefit and enjoyment of the residents and community.– Inventory shall also include an assessment of the health of each tree, with a health assessment form to be completed for each tree.– Tree inventory will entail having a qualified expert inspect each tree, record the location of each tree with a sub–meter or survey–grade accuracy GPS unit, assign a unique identification number, physically tag each tree with the identification number inscribed on a metal tag, photograph the tree, and collect tree location and description data.(2) Pre–bid optional meeting will be held on October 8, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
