(1) Vendor needs to provide professional design services to the government authority located in Iowa.• This project would raze the about 137,000 square feet Westlawn facility located at 200 Newton Road to prepare the site for future development, undetermined at this time.• Involve reviewing options to winterize most of Westlawn after existing programs have been relocated. Backfilling, final grading and surface restoration, and coordination with existing utilities are included in the project scope.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
