NORTHSIDE PARK ATHLETIC COURT & PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS

Greenville County is seeking qualified vendors to complete court, sidewalk, and access improvements at Northside Park, located at 101 West Darby Rd, Greenville, SC 29609 . Improvements include resurfacing four (4) existing tennis courts, converting one (1) basketball court into six (6) pickleball courts, constructing one (1) new basketball court, installing various fencing, and constructing new sidewalks and accessible parking spaces. The County desires for the awarded Contractor(s) to complete the projects specified herein, within ninety (90) days of issuance of the Notice of Proceed, or within 90 days of consistent, working weather. The County reserves the right to award this project to one or more vendors, if most advantageous to the County.
