Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide security CCTV design and installation service to the government authority located in Costa Mesa, CA. – Prepare the design and layout documents along with technical specifications for the selected system.• Technical overview and needs:– Hybrid–cloud storage architecture, ensuring footage is saved directly to local edge storage (onsite NVR preferred) and proxied to the cloud– Battery backup for on–site equipment (4–hour minimum)• System capabilities:– Electronic boundary– Human versus animal recognition– Provides video and still pictures– 30–day storage (minimum and recall)– Remote access via computer (PC/Windows) and/or cell phones (possible app–based)– Artificial Intelligence capable– System fault or issue, power loss, power restored, and/or problem notification (email, text, phone call)– Combination of CAT 6 and Wireless capabilities depending on location and Consultant recommendations– Live feed accessible via Internet (cloud)(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026.
