RFT - Main Building Contractor for AMS Block WW - ILE Upgrade at Rongotai College, Wellington

The Rongotai College Board wishes to upgrade the wharenui (Block WW) focusing within this project on targeted works that will support the college’s long term vision for the facility including future development. The proposed scope will remove the existing flat ceiling over the main wharenui space and replace it with a pitched acoustic ceiling including LED lighting and insulation. Some structural changes are required to enable the aforementioned including removal of truss bottom chords and fitting of new rafter framing. Other works will upgrade the electrical distribution board, fit carpets and autex composition board subject to funding.
