Vendor needs to provide traffic control products installation service to the government authority located in Independence, MO. – Contractor shall supply, install, maintain, and remove traffic control devices—including barricades, warning sign boards, channelizers, and arrow panels—at designated work zones across city–maintained roadways.• Installation and Removal Deploy and remove traffic control devices in strict accordance with the approved Traffic Control Plan (TCP). Ensure devices remain properly positioned throughout operations.• Maintenance Daily inspection to verify devices remain upright, visible, and undamaged. Promptly repair or replace non–compliant or damaged units within 2 hours of notification.• Traffic Control Plan (TCP) Submission Utilize the agency–defined four–zone model—Advance Warning, Transition, Activity, Termination. Contractor–prepared TCP, including scaled diagrams, must reference site conditions: posted speed, lanes, shoulder width, and traffic volumes
