(1) Vendor needs to provide third–party–hosted controlled unclassified information solution.– Provide secure, third–party–hosted Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) enclave and associated managed compliance services to support research projects. – Provide a fully managed, scalable, compliant research environment capable of supporting secure collaboration, software development, modelling and simulation, artificial intelligence and machine learning development, digital engineering activities, and storage and processing of CUI.– Solution must integrate with university's existing cybersecurity, identity management, research computing, and compliance programs while minimizing administrative burden on faculty, researchers, and support personnel.– Solution shall initially support fewer than twenty users but must be architected to scale to support multiple research centers, projects, laboratories, principal investigators, visiting researchers, student researchers, and future federally sponsored research programs without requiring substantial redesign.– Long–term strategic solution that can serve as the foundation for future sponsored research activities requiring CUI handling and compliance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.
