(1) Vendor needs to provide fire station alerting system to the government authority located in Rochester, NY. • Provide a fire station alerting system to include design, furnishing, installation, configuration, integration, testing, and support for the aircraft rescue and firefighting station.• Design, furnishing, installation, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, and support• Integration of crash phone systems and a minimum of three independent alerting Paths• Station–wide audible, visual, and display–based alerting• Live and prerecorded voice announcements• Overhead paging from authorized county telephone system extensions• Full system programming, installation, testing, documentation, training, and warranty support• County telephone system paging integration• Voice paging and communications• Station alerting functions(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
