(1) Vendor needs to provide retirement and compensation consulting services to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM.– Strategic partner to support agency goals of maintaining competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation and retirement programs that attract, retain, and engage a high–performing workforce– Provide expert guidance, analysis, benchmarking, and recommendations related to retirement plan governance, fiduciary responsibilities, investment oversight, participant outcomes, compensation strategy, job classification, market pricing, salary structure administration, and workforce compensation analytics.– Services should be tailored to the unique needs of a large healthcare and academic organization and align with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.– Consultant will work collaboratively with Benefits, Compensation, Finance, Legal, Executive Leadership, and other stakeholders as necessary to provide proactive recommendations, data–driven insights, and responsive support – Compensation Strategy and Program Design– Market Pricing and Benchmarking– Compensation Structure Administration– Job Evaluation and Classification– Workforce and Pay Equity Analysis(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
