CONS-23244 - USA (Marshall, Michigan) - Concrete Services - Deadline September 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide concrete services to the government authority located in Marshall, MI. – Remove concrete as shown on map. – The sub–base for the sidewalk will be prepared/leveled by the contracting company, it shall be to standards for an exterior concrete sidewalk that will have vehicles driving on it. – Approximately 250 ft x 10 ft of 4” thick concrete from the parking lot to slope (in black on map) with a curb for drainage (or similar) – Approximately 100 ft x 6 ft of 4” thick concrete from the right side of the ticket booth to connect with current slope – Industry standards are acceptable for the concrete mix, but the mix shall not be less than 3000psi. – The surface shall be finished with medium broom finish. – Once forms are removed, fill shall be brought in to make sure there is not a drop off between the concrete and the surrounding ground. – The new concrete should be laid even with the concrete sidewalk not needing to be replaced. (2) Voluntary pre–bid walk through will be held on August 24, 2026.
