Description

The City of Calgary is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide consulting and engineering services for the planning, design, procurement support, construction administration, and post-construction services associated with the development of a new asphalt plant at the Manchester site in Calgary, Alberta. The successful consultant will act as the Prime Consultant and be responsible for coordinating all required professional disciplines, integrating vendor and contractor requirements, and supporting delivery through multiple project phases. Initial award is anticipated for Phases 1 and 2, with future phases subject to City approval. Proposals must be submitted electronically through SAP Ariba.
