(1) Vendor needs to provide airport advertising service. • Responsible for developing an advertising sales approach, identifying and securing advertisers, coordinating advertiser–provided creative/assets, managing active advertisements, supporting airport review and approval of advertisements, providing customer service to advertisers, submitting required reports, and recommending ways to increase advertising revenue and advertiser participation.• Building and implementing advertising campaigns, including building impressions, budget monitoring, and optimizing ads for best performance aligning with the airport’s goals, and making recommendations for improving ad performance.• Extending outstanding customer support via email, video conferencing and telephone meetings. Meetings will review past performance, and strategize for upcoming campaigns, and to make pivots or adjustments to optimize performance• Providing monthly and annual comprehensive advertiser reporting, including advertising sales activity, active advertisers, campaign status, outreach efforts, results, and recommendations.• (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 4, 2026.(3) Non–Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 27, 2026.
