(1) Vendor needs to provide greenbelt vision zero action plan, health analysis and demonstration project professional consulting services to the government authority located in Greenbelt, MD. – The selected consultant shall:• Develop a comprehensive Vision Zero Action Plan;• Utilize the Safe System Approach;• Conduct a health analysis;• Develop a High Injury Network (HIN);• Engage community stakeholders;• Identify and prioritize transportation safety improvements;• Design and evaluate demonstration projects;• Position the agency for future implementation grants.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.
