(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based program review and instructional assessment software solution that supports the end–to–end Program review and instructional assessment lifecycle across academic and instructional programs.– The solution must enable consistent, efficient, and transparent collection, review, analysis, and reporting of program–level data in support of institutional effectiveness, accreditation, and state and statutory requirements.– The proposed solution should support program review and instructional assessment activities for faculty, academic leaders, and administrators, while also enabling appropriate access for institutional research, accreditation, and compliance functions• Role‑based workflows that support program authorship, review, feedback, approval, and revision by multiple stakeholder groups.• Configurable templates, rubrics, and review cycles aligned with institutional standards and accreditation requirements.• Tools to support data collection, tracking, and reporting, including qualitative and quantitative measures of program effectiveness.• Integration capabilities with institutional systems such as the Student Information System (SIS), Learning Management System (LMS), and other data sources, as applicable(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
