(1) Vendor needs to provide resort facility operation and management services to the government authority located in Yreka, CA.• Provide responsive customer service, maintain a welcoming and family–friendly environment, and ensure continued public access and enjoyment of campground, marina, and recreational facilities.• Operation and maintenance of the boat ramp, bait shop, gas dock, and mooring slips.• During the busy season (May through September), operator will ensure all campsites are open, in serviceable condition, and available for public booking, except when temporarily closed for maintenance or safety reasons.(2) A mandatory pre–bid walk through will be held on September 15, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
