(1) Vendor needs to provide training and coaching service to the government authority located in Agency Village, SD.– Pre–service and service early childhood training and coaching for staff.– Training for early staff that serve infants and toddlers that is specific to program’s curriculum and in areas of classroom environment, social emotional development, cognitive growth, routines and procedures, meaningful age appropriate lesson plans and active engagement with an emphasis on literacy development for the 2026–2027 school year. – Training for teaching staff that serve early learning with a focus on 3 to 5– year–old children that is specific to the program’s curriculum, including to large and small group instructions, mathematics, literacy development, social emotional development, classroom environment, age–appropriate lessons plans.– Provide on–site 16 hours a week general classroom observation, coaching and consultations regarding adult and child interactions, classroom atmosphere, and care giver relationships.
