MEDI-7853 - USA (Baltimore, Maryland) - Cancer Control Program Service - Deadline July 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cancer control program service to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.         – Cancer Control Program is funded by the centers for disease control and prevention (CDC) and will work with clinic partners to implement EBIs to increase CRC screening prevalence.– Identify a champion, in the health system as a whole and in each clinic, who advocates for and promotes CRC screening.– Conduct internal data validation and concordance review by comparing a random sample of manual chart reviews against EHR screening rates to ensure high–quality and accurate data and to ensure uniform medical recordkeeping.– Increase annual CRC screening rate by at least 2 percentage points at participating clinics.– Health system and clinic characteristics.– Clinic level stool–based test completion rate.– Clinic patient population.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.           (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 09, 2026.
