DISPOS-9862 - USA (Moorpark, California) - Universal and Electronic Waste Collection, Transportation, De-Manufacturing and Recycling Events Service - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide universal and electronic waste collection, transportation, de–manufacturing and recycling events service to the government authority located in Moorpark, CA.– Provide collection, transportation, recycling, and/or lawful disposal services for electronic waste (E Waste) and universal waste (U–Waste) generated in connection with the agency.– Transport all collected materials to facilities that are properly authorized and permitted to receive, process, recycle, or dispose of such materials in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements.– Collect E–Waste and U–Waste at each event and shall provide all labor, collection and storage containers, supplies, equipment, and other resources necessary to properly manage all E–Waste and U Waste materials collected at the event contractor shall package, load, and transport all collected materials to designated, properly permitted and licensed facilities for recycling, processing, or disposal.• Electronic Waste (E–Waste): E–Waste includes, video display devices such as Cathode Ray Tubes (CRTs), LCD and plasma screens, televisions, computer monitors, projection televisions, and broken CRTs, personal computers and computer components, printers, VCRs, DVD players, answering machines, radios, fax machines, cellular phones, tablets, video game consoles and telephones.• Universal Waste (U–Waste): U–Waste includes, batteries classified as universal waste under applicable California law, including alkaline, lithium, Nickel–Cadmium (Ni–Cd), Nickel–Metal Hydride (Ni–MH), lithium–ion, button–cell, coin–cell, and other household batteries and lamps and light bulbs, including fluorescent tubes, circular fluorescent lamps, U–tube fluorescent lamps, compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs), high– and low–pressure sodium lamps, neon lamps, light–emitting diode (LED) lamps, high–intensity discharge (HID) lamps, incandescent lamps, and halogen lamps.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
