(1) Vendor needs to provide county road safety plan services to the government authority located in Hillsboro, MO.– Consultant shall be responsible for professional engineering and planning services including the preparation of a County Road safety plan, data collection, roadway analysis, and general cost estimation. – The plan shall include a public engagement process.– The plan should contain strategies on how to address safety issues.– Safety improvement strategies should be applicable in use to inform future policy and address safety concerns systematically.– Provide a rough order of magnitude cost estimate and provide basic aerial plan improvement information.
