(1) Vendor needs to provide business services. – Support employer engagement and workforce efforts with the agency business services team. • Establish and maintain ongoing communication with employers to understand recruiting, retention, and workforce needs.• Explain agency services and programs to employers and communicate the value these services can provide.• Participate and help coordinate engagement efforts across agency partner programs to support the development of an employer service strategy.• Record employer services at the establishment level in the state case management system within 30 days.• Submit required data through department–approved workflows to support state monitoring.• Post job orders received from employers on the agency website and email job orders to agency business services team.• Gather and provide labor market data as requested by employers, staff or partners.• Assist with rapid response events when requested, especially when layoffs represent a large percentage of employees and/or the company is closing or relocating.• Provide clear expectations of agency services, programs and resources to employers.• Support the development of a coordinated employer service strategy.• Attend weekly meetings with the agency business services team and provide updates from employer and community interactions.• Attend quarterly partner meetings and all agency meetings, as scheduled.• Communicate and promote in–demand occupations, training pathways and upskilling opportunities to employers.• Provide guidance to employers on developing registered apprenticeships or pre–apprenticeship pathways.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
