(1) Vendor needs to provide collaborative robot loader service to the government authority located in Kansas, MO.– Provide all labor, engineering, programming, equipment, documentation, startup support, and training required to deliver a fully functional robotic machine tending system.– Evaluate the Okuma CNC machine and existing automation capabilities.– Develop communication between the CNC machine and robotic system.– Supply all required robot–side hardware and controls.– Develop machine tending sequences and robot programs.– Install all supplied integration equipment.– Perform system commissioning and debug.– Provide training sufficient for Operators, Maintenance personnel, and technical support staff.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
