1) Vendor needs to provide commercial card programs service to the government authority located in Staples, MN.     – Physical purchasing cards (P–Cards).– Virtual cards.– Department and ghost cards.– Declining balance or controlled spend cards.– Single–use and supplier payment cards.– Embedded or digital wallet payment options.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 02, 2026.           (3) The contract period will be for four years.           (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.(5) Vendors will need to pay and register on the tendering authority's website in order to obtain the RFP document without a watermark.
