The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify qualified sources for a firm–fixed contract. The purpose of the contract is to provide web–based subscription to ASTM International materials and standards collections, in electronic format and via Internetbased networking subscription arrangement, with instantaneous access with 24/7 availability. Subscription includes ASTM Complete Book of Standards to include all volumes and sections of active and historical standards accessible from the desktop and mobile device of DoD employees.
