HEALTH-10864 - USA (Woodbury, New Jersey) - Psychiatry Service - Deadline December 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide psychiatry service to the government authority located in Woodbury, NJ. – Provide routine and consultant psychiatric services to the residents of nursing home in accordance with the local, state and federal regulations.– The psychiatrist or his/her designee will notify the facility administrator/director of nursing of any change in services, that affect the facility’s residents, including but not limited to anychange in psychiatrist or nurse practitioner.– A psychiatrist and nurse practitioner will see all new admissions with a psych diagnosis / psych medications.– A psychiatrist will see all residents with a psychiatric, and dementia diagnosis at least yearly.– Correspond with administration with vacation coverage as needed.– The ability to use sigma care system for order writing and documentation by psychiatrist / nurse practitioner.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
