(1) Vendor needs to provide cybernetics iSAN–3424S service to the government authority located in Milpitas, CA.– iSCSI SAN 3424S; dual–controller 2U chassis; two hot–swappable modular controllers; 64 GB SAN tiering cache (32 GB per controller); four 1 GbE data/administration ports (two per controller); four 10 GbE SFP+ ports (two per controller); four USB 3 ports (two per controller); twenty–four 2.5–inch drive bays; two upgrade–card slots per controller; dual hot–swappable power supplies; rack kit; SAN management suite supporting unlimited snapshots with deduplication, unlimited LUNs with dynamic expansion, multisite WAN replication, dual–controller failover, and removable–disk and tape–backup features. Includes two–year Express Depot Level Exchange service agreement. – 3.8 TB mixed–use flash drive; self–encrypting drive (SED) capable; 2.5–inch form factor. – Nine drives required per storage system, for a total of thirty–six drives. – Two–year Priority Exchange advance–replacement service package for one iSAN–3424S system during the initial warranty term. – Two–year on–site service package for one iSAN–3424S system, including 24x7 coverage and four–hour response. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026
