(1) Vendor needs to provide indigent legal services to the government authority located in Ventura, CA.– “Indigent Legal Services” means constitutionally mandated legal representation, and services ancillary to this legal representation.– Legal representation of indigent adults in felony and misdemeanor proceedings from appointment through final adjudication or disposition, including preliminary examinations, trials, and sentencing, in addition to any post–conviction proceedings including progress reports, probation and post–release community supervision (PRCS) violation hearings, and specialty or collaborative court proceedings.– Administration of an assigned counsel or conflict panel, including attorney recruitment and qualification, case assignment, billing review, performance oversight, ongoing attorney training, and coordination and payment of investigators, experts, interpreters, and other ancillary providers.– Case management technology, workload tracking, data collection, and reporting capabilities that support efficient program administration while preserving attorney–client privilege and the independence of the defence function.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
