– Vendor needs to provide reed market bridge legal services to the government authority located in Bend, OR. – Provide condemnation–related legal services in support of the reed market bridge project, a federally funded progressive design–build project.– Services may include legal advice related to right–of–way acquisition and pre–condemnation activities, as well as preparation and prosecution of condemnation actions under federal and law as needed.– Provide legal advice to the city relating to condemnation proceedings and pre condemnation negotiations with property owners.– Prepare and file condemnation complaints as needed. Work with the city attorney’s office and provide legal advice relating to condemnation proceedings.– City encourages proposers to identify opportunities to improve project outcomes, reduce risk, increase efficiency, or otherwise add value.
