Vendor needs to provide public health workforce research services to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI. – Conduct public health workforce research on health care providers who provide home birth and community–based midwifery. • Develop a work plan that outlines the required activities.• Establish a community–informed research plan which will include input from home birth and midwifery advisors.• Coordinate statewide outreach to develop a maternity care provider list.• Design, implement and analyze a confidential statewide survey of maternity care providers identified.• Interpret analysis from statewide survey into descriptive tables and maps to illustrate maternity care provider distribution and shortages. • Finalize quantitative and quantitative survey results into a report after interpreting and validating the statewide findings.
