(1) Vendor needs to provide green waste hauling services to the government authority located in Chico, CA.• Estimated volume = 6,000 tons.• Material type = Primarily leaves (95%). Minimal small sticks or other small yard waste possible.• Contamination levels = leaves may contain foreign debris.• Site operating hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm, excluding holidays.• Contractor must weigh the material for documentation of the total tonnage processed.• All material must be removed and contractor off–site by February 15, 2027.• Contractor shall leave the site in same or better condition than its original state.(2) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on September 25, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 02, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
