(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk (CMAR) service to the government authority located in Coolidge, AZ. – Provide preconstruction and construction services, including cost estimating, constructability review, value engineering, scheduling, market analysis, subcontractor coordination, site logistics and development by construction services.– Provide construction program accounting and reporting.– Provide continuous on–site construction services throughout the construction phase.– Architectural firm– Pre–construction design services.– Construction services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
