(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental services section (ESS) data collection and reporting application programming and support services.– Provide ongoing application support, maintenance, enhancement, and technical services for the Solid Waste Environmental Services Section (ESS) Data Collection and Reporting Application (ESS Application).– Modify existing workflows and user interfaces.– Microsoft SQL Server database hosted within the county's on–premises environment– Services include application support, troubleshooting, report development, software enhancements, and related consulting services necessary to maintain and improve the application throughout the contract term.– Provide ongoing technical support for the existing ESS Application– Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects, application errors, and system issues.– Perform routine application maintenance necessary to maintain reliable system operation.– Support both the online and offline functionality of the application used by county staff in office and field environments.– Design, develop, test, and implement new application functionality.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
