Vendor needs to provide custodial bank services to the government authority located in Missouri.• Accept bi–weekly deposits of contributions sent by the city (and other miscellaneous income).• Issue checks for the payment of retirement fund expenses. • Issue monthly benefit checks to retirees and beneficiaries. • Process lump sum payments, including the processing of a direct rollover to another qualified employer retirement program.• Provide online access to the retirement fund account for reviewing fund transactions, deposits, expense payments, etc.
