(1) Vendor needs to provide digital rhythm games services to the government authority located in Michigan.• Collaborate with its research team in developing and testing a novel rhythm based digital game for children who stutter.• Study evaluating whether rhythm based digital games can strengthen beat–based timing and potentially improve speech fluency in children ages 8–12 who stutter.• Specialized game development, speech technology, software development, and research support services to translate the research team’s theoretical framework into a functional digital game.• The anticipated outcome is an engaging, and technically reliable research use digital game for iPads.• The game will include speech and nonspeech rhythm activities, progressive levels of difficulty, performance–based adjustments, and research data collection capabilities.• The completed game will be used in the planned research study and inform future clinical trial development.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026(3) The contract period will be for Five years.
