(1) Vendor needs to provide faculty information management system.• Providing a fully realized, off–the–shelf a Faculty Information System (FIS) for faculty activity reporting, annual reviews.• Faculty Information System (FIS) for faculty activity reporting; faculty lifecycle management and reporting; and faculty action workflows, including annual reviews; the creation of electronic dossiers for the review, promotion, and tenure; leave requests; emeriti requests, etc.• Integrate with Workday to manage faculty academic appointment data (school/college, appointment status, appointment title, appointment term, etc.) and sync/import specific reportable employment–related profile data (race/ethnicity, gender, faculty rank, email)• Integrate with Workday to generate/enable/disable user profiles based on job type and employment status.• Import and facilitate maintenance of faculty contract awards and faculty grants data from sponsored funding databases, including identification of agency at both the proposal and award stages.• Import data from indexing services or other bibliographic / citation services / publication databases/ media mentions• User–friendly interface for all possible user types.• Calendar view for users with upcoming tasks, etc.• Mobile accessibility (such as Android and iOS accessibility).• Track and view detailed data regarding the faculty lifecycle, such as rank, title, school, current and historical appointments, named chairs, eligibility for agency, eligibility for promotion, etc.• Lifecycle tracking should directly sync/communicate with workflow outcomes, as well as be a source for workflow inputs.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 28, 2026.
