(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and public relations support services.• The Contractor shall create and provide comprehensive campaign services for multiple, national public education campaigns, as well as small–scale regional or local campaigns.– The Contractor shall execute public service campaigns on behalf of the Agency to include: • Planning media campaigns including imagery, scripts and other elements.• Ensuring all campaign elements are consistent with agency branding and messaging.• Developing media plans, including spending, for agency approval prior to execution.• Designing, planning, buying and distribution• Social Media, Paid and Organic– Manage online social media campaigns, including paid placements.– Provide content such as images, videos/reels for use in earned and paid media.– Provide recommendations for engagement.– Create and edit social media strategies.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
